Shipping policy

We proudly ship worldwide. We offer free international shipping on all Fereli orders and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Wherever possible, we send your order using duty paid delivery (meaning we cover the duties before it reaches you). However, in certain countries — for example, the United States — this isn’t always possible.

We advise customers to expect to pay duties and taxes locally when their order arrives. If we are able to send the goods in a way that minimizes or removes these charges, then we will always do so.
